To ensure the legality of the transactions concerned, no data is sent or used by any third party other than the ship owner / captain who is the ultimate recipient of the charter service. Upon registration, the visitor / user / member expressly consents to the processing of personal data for Diamond Yachting's commercial purposes, as well as from companies for statistical purposes. He also states that it is informed of the processing of its personal data by recognizing the need for processing, data necessary for both the booking and issue of legal documents, as well as the drawing up of the contract and the chartering by the ship owners.

Additional information collected for the purpose of supporting, promoting, and executing the business relationship with the vessel managers is the ID or passport number, date of birth, VAT and Company registration number, occupation, address and number, payment data such as bank, bank accounts, photos or logos etc.

4. USE OF INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

Navigating the site to extract information can be done by any visitor without registering. Personal data such as name, e-mail, telephone, and country will be requested if the visitor requests availability for the purpose of booking the vessel in order to answer his queries while other information will be needed only if the visitor wants to become a member of Diamond Yachting so that it can make use of all its services.

11. GENERAL TERMS RIGHTS AND AMENDMENTS
