Security deposit is payable upon check-in at the boat base. When chartering with a captain, a security deposit is generally not required and if requested will be refundable provided no damage occurs during your stay on board. When renting without a captain, the security deposit will be refundable at check-out provided there is no loss or damage to the boat.
Notes from the yacht owner
One Way fees: Nikiti to Sporades Islands: 520,00 Euros (After consultation)
Return to the base: All yachts must return to their base from Friday afternoon the latest at 17:00 pm
Payments: A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and within a week from the booking
confirmation. Full payment must be fulfilled within 45 days before charter’s date of embarkation, to the according bank account mentioned on the bottom of each proforma.
Cancellation Policy: When cancellation is announced 1 to 45 days prior to departure, 100% of the total charter fee is due. When cancellation is announced 46 to 90 days prior to departure, 50% of the total charter fee is due. When cancellation is announced 91 days prior to departure, 30% of the total charter fee is due. In any of the above cases, the retained fee of a cancelled charter will be returned to the client (except the sum 300 euro), in case a new charter comes up for the same yacht and period and under the same rate. For force majeure/covid related cancellations please reffer to separate document concerning that matter.
All security deposits must be paid only through credit card and are fully refundable.
SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT: In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license (in English language or officially translated) Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities.

- Browse the website and find, or destination, or boat or set travel dates. The system allows you to set only available dates in the calendar. If you wish, select optional services or captain if not mandatory, check the cost on the trip form and Click send to confirm. At no charge you will receive email updates about the trip you have chosen. You will only be charged if the reservation is accepted and paid for.
- You will receive a new email from the owner confirming the availability of the vessel. Click on the form you received to book online, instantly charging your account with the rental cost. The deadline for payment is 24 hours.You do not have to register, with your payment the company automatically creates your account.
- If your reservation is made within 30 days prior to departure, pay the full amount of the rent. Otherwise, you will immediately pay the deposit and payout 30 days before departure. The amount of rent paid by you is only for the price of the boat, so discounts or offers follow this price. All extras, captain, guarantee or APA are paid upon check-in to the owner upon completion of the reservation Prices include VAT.
- Please note that in the list of benefits below, the extra charge (per person *), except for one person charged on the voyage form, the remaining charges will be calculated by the boat owner at check in for those who request it.

Comfort Pack 590,00 Euros: Roundtrip transfer from and to the airport (all other and transfers are not included), airport escort, assistance and advising during provisioning (provided that the crew members arrive on the day of the charter and during opening hours), outboard and first fill of gasoline, spare gas bottle, full set of linen and towels, end cleaning, complimentary: 6 bottles of wine + feta cheese.Trasfers can only be arranged the latest 10 days before embarkation so all arrival/departure info is required in advance
Gennaker: 300,00 euro per week (extra 500 euro at the security deposit for all gennaker)
Extra 1: All inclusive food service: 55 euro/ person/ per day. Starting date Saturday night to Friday night. Two diners at restaurants not included in the prices. (Hostess is mandatory)
