If you do not have navigation license, you can only rent a boat if you hire a captain with separate daily charge, or vessel provided with captain only to the same charge.
• WHAT TO KNOW IF I AM NOT EXPERIENCED
If you do not have experience to navigate a boat it is good to hire a professional captain. Beware of alcohol before and after sailing. Travel the day and before sunset to stay at a safe night's sleep. When approaching a harbor, enter low speed and attention to the other vessels. From any bathers, keep a safe distance of at least one hundred meters.

ECONOMIC QUESTIONS PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS
• WHAT ARE THE PAYMENTS ?
Diamond Yachting has an electronic payment system where it accepts payment by any debit or credit card. Alternatively you can pay by wire transfer or transfer by requesting IBAN of our bank account.
• MY TRANSACTION IS SAFE IF I FILL THROUGH SITE

• WHEN CAN I CANCEL BOOKING AND WHAT COST
In order to cancel your booking you must notify Diamond Yachting in writing through your account. Cancellation is made at any time and in accordance with the ship owner's shipping terms accepted at the time of booking. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the start of the reservation you will get a full refund of the money you paid. After the 24-hour deadline, the ship's cancellation policy will apply. If this cancellation agreement is not reflected in the rental agreement, Diamondy's 6 "cancellation policy" will apply.
• I HAVE TIME MARGIN TO REMOVE MY BOOK WITHOUT COST

• THE PRICE I SEE IS THE PRICE TO FILL

The deposit for the rental is 50% and is paid by the reservation. Redemption with the remaining 50% is 30 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 30 days after check-in, you prepay the full amount of the rent. In the event of a collapse, the payment deadline is set at 24 hours from the time of reservation, otherwise the reservation is non-native and is canceled.

You can request proof from the shipowner after confirmation of the reservation but as a rule check-in or check-out and subject to the payment of the fare.

• THE BOAT IS INSURED
All professional vessels under Greek law have compulsory insurance, which is borne by the ship owner. The insurance covers

• WHAT IS THE A.P.Α ?
In the case of hiring a boat with special and high requirements such as motor yachts or super yachts, charterers are liable for the future operating costs of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) for which the shipowner is responsible and defines them in the vessel's registration form. A.P.A is usually 20% to 30% of the rental and is fully paid into the shipyard or captain's account in accordance with his instructions before check-in. It represents the advance covering of operating costs for the variable part of the rental costs and serves to cover the various costs incurred in connection with the feeding, navigation and mooring of the rented vessel.
• WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE ?
In addition to the fares, you will have to pay a financial guarantee prior to the ship's departure to the owner of the ship when the boat is provided without a captain. The warranty covers damage and losses that may occur during the use of the boat and are not paid by the insurance due to the exemption contained in all boat insurance policies. It can also cover the customer's failure or refusal to deliver the boat with a full fuel and water tank as it had received it or not deliver it clean or deliver it to another port outside the base. • WHAT IS THE COST OF COPENHAGEN
