BOOKING PROCEDURE (Valid only in case of an offer and not in ONLINE reservation)


As soon as you confirm your booking via email, we will send you the Charter Party Contract that has to be signed by the Charterer and sent back to us and the booking confirmation that includes all information needed regarding your charter. Once we receive the Charter Party Contract signed and the Down payment, then your booking is valid.


INSURANCE

All our boats are fully insured, including:

• Third party and passenger civil liability minimum 500.000 Euros any one accident.

• Damage liability third party and passenger’s yacht 150.000 Euros any one accident.

• Sea pollution liability 150.000 Euros


PAYMENT

50% First Payment upon Booking within 7 days

50% Final Payment 30 days prior to the Embarkation Date or upon arrival for last minute bookings



CANCELLATION POLICY

In the occasion of cancelation by the Charterer, the following will be applied:

1. If the booking is cancelled 30-45 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be

charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 30% of the Charter price.

2. If the booking is cancelled 30-15 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be

charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 50% of the Charter price.

3. If the booking is cancelled 15-1 days before embarkation, then the Charterer will be charged with a cancellation fee that comes up to 100% of the Charter price.

In the occasion that the booking is cancelled due to weather conditions, the following will be applied:

4. The Charterer can be refunded 100%

5. The charterer can reschedule the trip, depending on the availability of the boat.

The company has permission to change the itinerary of the excursion depending on the weather conditions.

In the occasion of boat malfunction prior to the embarkation, our company will provide an

equivalent or upgraded boat.

In case, of no availability in the same or upgraded category, the Charterer will be offered two options; to accept a different vessel that is available with a 20% refund or to be full compensated for the charter.

COVID 19 CANCELATION POLICY

CANCELLATION FOR CHARTERS 2021 AFFECTED BY COVID 19
NEW BOOKINGS (booked from 01/06/2022)
In the case that clients cannot reach Greece due to the official travel restrictions or
closed borders (travel affected by COVID 19),
1. We will issue a credit note (not refundable) valid for 2022 season
or
2. The client has the right to postpone the charter in a different period of 2022
The deadline for rescheduling the charter is 21 days before embarkation.
The above policy applies only to Covid-19 related cancellations, as follows:
• Travel ban / closed borders of Greece or clients’ country.
The following cases are not considered Covid-19 restrictions and we will apply our
normal cancellation policy applies:
• Clients’ unwillingness to undertake mandatory Covid-19 test to enter the country.
• Clients’ general uncertainty regarding travelling.

CANCELLATION DUE TO DIAGNOSIS WITH COVID 19
In case of cancellation due to diagnosis of COVID 19 before embarkation, no
vouchers or refund is accepted. Our general cancellation policy will be valid in this
case.
In the event that the Greek government legislate a new legislative act on travel
affected by COVID 19, we will have to follow the official decisions of the
government.
